Mike’s first career was guest service and management in the hospitality industry. His experience provides strong client-focus, an ability to adapt to any circumstances, and a commitment to exceed expectations.
Mike holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology, the behavioral science of work. He trained at William James College as an organization development consultant in the discipline of collaborative action research.
Mike has a Graduate Certificate in Research, Statistics, and Measurement from Slippery Rock University. He applies rigorous scientific methods to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to provide dependable support for business decisions.
Mike is also a Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management, an internationally recognized achievement signifying a high level of knowledge of the most recent strategies, structures, and competencies relevant to human resource development.
