Discovery, Dialogue, Design, Delivery, and Determination
In the Discovery phase, we combine our expertise in organizational psychology with your expertise in your company. Each client-partner is unique. We begin with empathy and curiosity to develop an understanding of your current reality.
In the Dialogue phase, we discuss some assumptions based on behavioral science research. You provide additional context that will identify key levers for effective action. Dialogue is a full 50-50 partnership between client and consultant focused on uncovering root causes and unacknowledged human factors that are contributing to your current results.
In the Design phase, we propose and perfect a plan with you that targets specific levers which align employee behaviors with your business strategy. Our thorough understanding of your current reality increases the likelihood that we positively impact the desired outcomes the first time.
In the Delivery phase, we take action. We apply organizational design principles and the psychology of team dynamics to highly-effective experiential learning. Our interventions are custom-tailored to efficiently address your unique needs and maintain a high level of engagement from all participants.
In the Determination phase, we measure and reflect on the experience and effect of the Delivery. The goal is to determine whether we made a significant impact on critical business outcomes that align with your organization’s Vision, Mission, and Strategy. Determination provides further context for future action as this cyclical collaborative process continues.
